Evenwood and Barony Parish Council’s meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month (except August) at 7:00 p.m. in the Randolph Centre, Stones End, Evenwood, Bishop Auckland, County Durham, DL14 9RE. The Parish Council welcomes residents’ ideas on improving the area and there is always a 15 minute slot for public participation at the beginning of each meeting.  Any resident is welcome to speak during this slot and can raise queries or concerns.  Although residents are welcome to stay for the rest of the meeting, they are not allowed to comment on any item of council business. The Parish Council has 15 council ‘seats’. The number of councillors to be elected for the Evenwood parish ward is six, for each of the Lands and Ramshaw parish wards is three, for the Witton parish ward is two and for the Toft Hill parish ward is one.
